• We do our research. We keep tapped into the zeitgeist of what is being produced in New York, on the West End, and Regionally. We compare the market. We study trends in ticket sales, marketing, demographic, and other influences on what makes a production a success.

• We do the math. We carefully consider the finances of a production and thoughtfully weigh capitalization and operating costs. We work with industry leaders in General Management, legal and production who are experts with theatre finance and who will ensure that a show is produced responsibly and who protect the integrity of a property.

• We build a strong network. We ensure that our community is established around creating strong teams for the work we produce, individuals who possess talent and resources to contribute to success.

• We commit to innovation. We invest in talent that is creating new work. We are committed to the advancement of new plays and musicals and emerging writers.

• We produce an experience. The audience experience is the core element that we consider when producing a new work. The investor experience is our primary consideration in partnerships.

• We give back. We are involved in our community and focused on empowerment and development of young artists and involved in community activism.
